Über Javiera
My name is Javiera, I am 24 years old and I hold a degree in Modern Languages, Culture and Communication from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). I am a native Spanish speaker with a strong interest in languages and teaching.
I have experience working with children, which has helped me develop a patient, dynamic and supportive teaching style. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn.
I offer online Spanish lessons for students from Germany and the UK, both for those who want to start learning Spanish from scratch and for those who want to reinforce and improve their existing knowledge.
For beginners, lessons are initially supported in English to ensure clear explanations. However, I believe that the best way to truly engage with a language is to gradually introduce Spanish as the main classroom language, always adapting to the student’s level and confidence. I also have a basic level of German, which can be helpful for German-speaking students at beginner level.

The lessons are fully personalised and adapted to the level, age and goals of each student. Classes can focus on:
learning Spanish from a beginner level
reinforcing grammar and vocabulary
improving speaking skills
conversation classes to gain fluency and confidence
I prepare my own materials and extra exercises, especially to support grammar and vocabulary learning. For children, lessons are more interactive and adapted to their age and learning style.
My aim is to help students learn practical, real-life Spanish and feel confident using the language in everyday situations.
Availability: afternoons from 6:30 pm (CET)
