Hallo! I am a Colombian Human Resources professional living in Germany.
Here I discovered the privilege of our Spanish language and the different barriers to access to it, therefore I have decided to share my mother tongue and be a promoter of my origin, diversity and privilege.
Regarding my academic background, I am a business administrator with a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management. Serving is my passion and Learning and Development is my professional specialty. I have worked throughout more than 10 years in several industries and have had the opportunity to teach my native language to people from all other the world.
