Über Tarah
My style is a combination between traditional Muay thai and the dutch style as seen in the netherlands. I like to make big combinations with the hands followed by low kicks, but I also like to mix in elbow and knee strikes into these combinations.

I have been training Martial arts for 4 years and specifically Muay Thai for 3. I have competed in ammateur fights 3 times and have also trained in Thailand.
I am offering one on one training based on the basic techniques of muay thai as taught in thailand and also cardio blast.
My classes are designed for begginners.
