I am a professional Chinese language teacher with 14 years of teaching experience in Switzerland.
My students range in age from 2 to 70, including children, teenagers, adults, and senior learners. I tailor my teaching methods to suit learners of different ages and backgrounds.
I specialize in:
• ️ Spoken Chinese instruction, helping students gain confidence and fluency in real communication
• ️ Engaging and simplified Chinese character teaching, making characters easier and more enjoyable to learn
• HSK exam preparation, with clear goals and effective strategies
Currently, I run my own Chinese language school in Bern and offer classes in Fribourg, Olten, Bulle, Interlaken, Biel, and Montreux, with the aim of helping more learners study Chinese in a relaxed, sustainable, and enjoyable way.

I am a full-time professional Chinese language teacher with 14 years of teaching experience in Switzerland. My teaching focuses on the comprehensive development of students’ listening, speaking, and reading skills. In particular, I specialize in Chinese character instruction, using story-based and contextualized methods to simplify complex content and make learning engaging and enjoyable, helping students build confidence and interest in learning Chinese.
I am skilled in context-based and situational teaching, guiding students to acquire the language naturally through real-life or simulated scenarios while gaining an understanding of Chinese culture and usage. In addition to offering systematic Chinese courses from A1 to C1 levels, I also provide a range of specialized Chinese courses, such as Travel Chinese and Business/Trade Chinese, to meet different learning goals.
Currently, I offer in-person classes in Bern, Fribourg, Bulle, Olten, Interlaken, Montreux, and Biel, as well as a wide selection of online courses with flexible scheduling to suit learners with different time commitments. The Bern campus additionally offers full-day in-person courses from Monday to Friday.
In addition, each summer I organize study trips to China, including summer and winter camps, providing students with immersive language learning experiences and cultural exposure to further enhance their language proficiency and cross-cultural understanding.
