Über Maria
My journey in the field of Cultural Studies and Choreography has been complemented by diverse and enriching work experiences. As a Classical Dance and Gymnastics Teacher at Dance School Duet from September 2018 to July 2019, I had the privilege of imparting techniques to aspiring dancers, preparing them for tournaments, and curating captivating choreography. I also had the creative responsibility of costume design and melodic layer selection, fostering a holistic approach to performance.
My passion for education led me to conduct engaging presentations and lectures on the history and theory of dance from the 16th century to the present day in 2015. This experience not only showcased my proficiency in communication but also underlined my commitment to
sharing knowledge.
My tenure as a Classical Dance Teacher at Warsaw Ballet School from September 2019 to March 2023 was defined by the implementation of the renowned Agrippina Vaganova
methods. This opportunity allowed me to cultivate a generation of skilled dancers while refining my instructional techniques.
Moreover, I have been providing private lessons since November 2020, covering ballet, stretching, floor barre, and Progressing Ballet Technique. Holding certifications in Floor Barre by Zena Rommette and Progressing Ballet Technique, I am dedicated to ensuring the holistic growth of my students.
In addition, my extracurricular activities reflect my commitment to community engagement and innovation. I have organized free ballet classes in Żeromski Park, Warsaw, in 2021, creating accessible opportunities for individuals to experience the joy of dance. The Floor
Barre workshop organized in collaboration with Elle magazine in 2021 showcased my ability to curate meaningful and educational events.
