Über Golsana
Golsana is an Iranian cellist, composer, and sound designer based in Berlin. She has performed with orchestras and ensembles including the Tehran Philharmonic Orchestra, the Austro-Iranian Symphony Orchestra, the Nilper Symphonic Orchestra, and Tehran Contemporary Ensemble.
In addition to her orchestral work, she co-founded Duos Duet in 2017, creating cinematic and cross-genre music that bridges classical performance and contemporary sound design. Her practice combines cello, improvisation, live looping, and electronic production.

Hallo,
ich biete privaten Cellounterricht in Berlin für:
• Anfänger (besonders willkommen!)
• Kinder (ab ca. 5–6 Jahren), Jugendliche & Erwachsene
Viele meiner Schüler*innen beginnen bei null – Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Bringen Sie einfach Ihr Cello mit. Der Unterricht legt den Fokus auf eine solide technische Grundlage: Haltung, Bogenführung, Intonation, Notenlesen und Klangentwicklung.
Wir arbeiten Schritt für Schritt und achten von Anfang an auf eine gesunde Technik. Gleichzeitig ist es mir wichtig, auf Ihre persönlichen Ziele einzugehen. Ob klassische Stücke, ein Lieblingssong oder erste Improvisationen – ich plane den Unterricht individuell. Neben klassischer Musik arbeite ich auch mit Improvisation und modernen musikalischen Ansätzen.
Über mich: Ich bin klassisch ausgebildete Cellistin mit über 15 Jahren Orchester-, Ensemble- und Bühnenerfahrung sowie mehr als 7 Jahren Unterrichtserfahrung.
Rahmenbedingungen:
• 45 oder 60 Minuten pro Einheit
• In der Regel einmal pro Woche
• 40 € pro 45 Minuten (erste Stunde 30 €)
• In Berlin (nach Absprache, z.B. Steglitz) oder online
• Unterricht auf Englisch oder Persisch, Deutsch auf B1-Niveau möglich
Vor der ersten Stunde können wir gerne ein kurzes Videogespräch vereinbaren, um uns kennenzulernen und Ziele zu besprechen.

Hello,
I offer private cello lessons in Berlin for:
• Beginners and lower intermediates
• Children (from around 5–6 years old), teenagers, and adults
Many of my students start from zero, so no previous experience is required. Just bring your cello. Lessons focus on building a solid technical foundation: posture, bow control, intonation, music reading, and tone production.
We work step by step, with attention to healthy technique from the beginning. At the same time, lessons are shaped around your personal goals. Whether you would like to focus on classical repertoire, work on a favorite song, or explore improvisation and more contemporary approaches, I plan the lessons individually.
I am a classically trained cellist with more than 15 years of orchestral, ensemble, and stage experience, and over 7 years of teaching experience.
Practical details:
• 45 or 60 minutes per lesson
• Usually once per week
• €40 per 45 minutes (first lesson €30)
• Berlin (e.g. Steglitz area) or online
• Lessons in English or Persian (German B1 communication possible)
