Über Ali

Hi! I'm Ali - an experienced English teacher with over ten years of experience helping students from different backgrounds and with different learning goals. My teaching covers a wide range of English, from everyday communication and conversational skills to standardized exam preparation, business English, and English literature.
Alongside my teaching experience, I have a strong background in theatre, film, literature, and the arts. I bring this creative perspective into my lessons, using storytelling, role-play, dialogue, film scenes, and literary texts as tools for language learning. These methods help you develop your vocabulary, improve your pronunciation, express yourself more naturally, and gain confidence in real conversations. I also have a good understanding of business and corporate English, making my lessons suitable for professionals who want to communicate more effectively in the workplace.
What I love most about teaching is helping people discover that learning a language can be much more than memorizing vocabulary and completing grammar exercises. I believe the best way to learn English is to use it, experiment with it, and have fun along the way. My lessons are relaxed, engaging, and tailored to your individual needs, interests, and goals.
Whether you're looking to improve your grades at school, prepare for an important exam, become more confident speaking English, develop your professional communication skills, or explore your interest in literature and the arts, I'll work with you to find an approach that makes learning both effective and enjoyable.
I'm patient, adaptable, and happy to meet you wherever you are in your learning journey. I want you to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and expressing yourself in English without fear of getting things wrong. My aim isn't just to help you improve your English, but to give you the confidence and skills to actually use it in the real world.
If you're looking for an experienced teacher who combines a strong foundation in language and literature with a creative approach inspired by theatre and film, while taking your individual goals seriously, I'd love to help you on your journey to better English!

Learn English with Confidence, Creativity and Real-World Practice

With over ten years of teaching experience across a wide range of English language subjects, I help students improve their English skills, build confidence, and use the language naturally in real-life situations. My experience covers everything from general English and grammar to exam preparation, standardized language tests, and English literature.

My Teaching Method

My approach puts practical language use at the heart of learning. Rather than focusing exclusively on grammar exercises and textbooks, we work with conversations, authentic texts, engaging topics, and realistic everyday situations. My goal is to help you do more than simply understand English. I want you to feel comfortable using it actively, whether you're speaking, writing, reading, or discussing ideas.

I believe learning should be enjoyable, interactive, and tailored to each individual. I create a relaxed and supportive environment where making mistakes is a natural and valuable part of the learning process. Together, we'll overcome language barriers, expand your vocabulary, strengthen your grammar, improve your pronunciation, and develop a feel for how English is actually spoken and written.

What to Expect from a Lesson

Every lesson is shaped around your individual goals, interests, and current level of English. We'll start by identifying your strengths, areas for improvement, and what you want to achieve. From there, we'll develop a learning plan that works for you.

Depending on your needs, lessons may include conversational English, grammar practice, vocabulary building, writing exercises, reading comprehension, literary analysis, or targeted exam preparation. I combine structured learning with creative and communicative activities, giving you plenty of opportunities to put what you've learned into practice. As you progress, I'll adapt our lessons to help you develop your skills and become a more confident, fluent English speaker.

Who Are My Lessons For?

My lessons are suitable for beginners and advanced learners, school students of different ages and levels, university students, and adults. Whether you want to improve your school grades, prepare for an exam or standardized language test, practice conversational English, explore English literature, or improve your English for work and everyday life, we'll tailor our lessons to your needs.

You bring your goals. I bring over a decade of teaching experience, a flexible approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for the English language. Together, we'll make learning English effective, engaging, and enjoyable.
