Über Rida
Hello and welcome! I'm Syeda Zahra, originally from Pakistan and currently based in Berlin, Germany. I’m a dedicated psychologist and mental health professional with a strong foundation in both clinical psychology and global health. I began my professional journey in 2018 after completing my Master’s degree in Psychology. From 2018 to 2020, I completed a clinical internship at Jinnah Hospital, one of Pakistan’s top medical institutions. There, I gained hands-on experience working with patients dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, under the supervision of experienced psychologists and psychiatrists. Since 2018, I have also been providing online mental health counseling sessions, working with individuals across different countries and backgrounds. These sessions have allowed me to connect deeply with people, help them manage stress, anxiety, depression, and personal struggles. I genuinely love listening to people, understanding their stories, and offering them a supportive, non-judgmental space. In addition to my clinical background, I have recently completed my second Master’s degree—an MSc in International Health Management from Berlin, Germany. This program gave me a broader perspective on healthcare systems, health policies, and the integration of mental health within global health frameworks. It has also strengthened my vision of making mental health support more accessible and holistic. Psychology remains my core passion. I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and the human connection in creating meaningful change. When I’m not working or studying, you’ll likely find me outdoors, as I love to spend time in nature—it helps me stay grounded and inspired. Through Superprof, I hope to support students, professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about psychology, mental health, or seeking guidance through life's challenges. I’m here to share, support, and walk with you on your journey of growth and understanding.

Hi, I'm Syeda from Pakistan. I hold a background in Psychology and have been working as a psychologist since 2018, offering online sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. Recently, I completed my second MSc in International Health Management from Berlin, expanding my understanding of mental health on a global scale. I truly love listening to people and creating a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves freely. My main goal is to guide others toward personal growth and emotional well-being. Nature is my peaceful escape, and I believe that just like nature, healing takes time and care. I'm here on Superprof to share my knowledge and experience with students and individuals who are curious about psychology, mental health, or simply want someone to talk to.
