Über Kaine
I have been a professional singer (tenor) for over a decade and have been teaching for about the same amount of time. I have taught both other professional singers, serious
students who have gone on to sing professionally and beginners, many of whom just want to improve their voices for their own satisfaction and fun.
I myself am a classical singer primarily, with international experience in both staged opera and concert, but i have sung extensively in other genres and taught a huge number of pop and musical theatre vocalists.
I am also an accomplished pianist and musican, so am able to provide polished accompaniment for in-person lessons. Unfortunately, the slight delay over video call makes accompaniment impossible for online lessons.

I teach a functional technique, which can be applied to any genre, with an element of choice in what will be your final sound.
The vocal muscles must be coordinated together in a very specific way in order to find your best possible voice. I teach many exercises isolating individual muscular functions and the associated sound. These sounds are typically not beautiful or impressive on their own, but form an essential part of the total voice and, when the muscles are well-coordinated, will tend to automatically come into the full voice.
I am especially good at helping singers develop the upper range, build greater strength and resonance, and find more warmth in the sound.
