Über Dimitri
I’m an Australian born producer/DJ who currently lives in Berlin. I’ve produced songs for the better part of 8 years, working in studios all around the world. Songs I produced have amassed over 3 million streams on streaming platforms. I DJ in the underground hardgroove techno scene and have experience playing and creating mixes for prestigious collectives across the globe. I have played in clubs internationally and can teach you to be club ready. I love bringing experience from production into DJing and vice versa - I feel this way it enables students to get a deeper understanding of the musical aspect playing a key part in each medium.

Sessions will have an open discourse, with emphasis being on the needs of the student and what they are specifically needing from the lessons. From that point, practical and hands-on approaches will be used to ensure the students feel confident and comfortable behind the decks/producing. DJING topics will include: Equipment Setup | Rekordbox DJ Software | Where to Find Music and Build Your Library | Track Structure | Phrasing | Beatmatching | Mixing | Harmonic Mixing | Creative Mixing | 3 Deck Mixing | Looping | FX | Preparing Sets | Recording Mixes. For Music Production I will take you step by step how to use Ableton Live. ***hourly rate excludes studio hire fee - standard room (2 decks) ranges from €9 to €16.50 depending on day and time.
