Physics doesn't have to be intimidating! My name is Manju Shree, and I am here to make complex concepts clear and accessible for you. I possess a unique combination of degrees: a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). This allows me to adapt my teaching to your specific learning style. I have experience as both a Lecturer and a Freelance Online Tutor, helping students gain confidence in their analytical and problem-solving skills. I specialize in making difficult topics—like Electricity, Electronics, and Optics—easy to understand by breaking them down into small, logical steps. I use real-world examples (the "Known") to help you master abstract theories (the "Unknown"). Currently based in Germering, I offer lessons both online and in-person. Teaching Methodology: From Known to Unknown My approach is rooted in the "Known to Unknown" method. I believe physics is everywhere around us. I start lessons by discussing real-world examples or concepts you are already familiar with, and then connect them to abstract physical theories. Breaking it down: I specialize in deconstructing complex topics—like Semiconductor Physics, Optics, or Circuit Theory—into small, manageable steps. Visual Learning: Drawing on my background in laboratory experiments and characterization, I use visual aids and simulations to make invisible concepts (like electricity or nanotechnology) easier to visualize. Typical Lesson Structure Review & Warm-up: We briefly review previous topics to ensure a strong foundation. Concept Introduction: I introduce the new topic using a relatable example. Interactive Learning: We work through the theory together. I encourage questions and active discussion rather than passive listening. Problem Solving: We apply the theory to solve problems, focusing on analytical skills. Summary: We wrap up with key takeaways and a look ahead to the next session. Academic rigor with the patience and clarity needed.
