Über Mark
Mark Bérubé is a versatile Canadian singer-songwriter who has released 4 solo albums under his name and two albums under the project name KLIFFS. His albums have been nominated for Western Canada Music Awards, Canadian Folk Music Awards and an International Indie Music Award from the USA. He was part of the Swiss artist Sophie Hunger's band on her Hallucinations tour and has opened for many major artists such as Gisbert zu Knyphausen, Emily Loizeau, Dan Mangan, and Zaz and played at some of the most prestigious festivals and concert halls in Europe and Canada - Olympia, Paris, FR; Paléo Festival, Nyon, CH; Montreal International Jazz Festival; Vancouver Folk Festival; XJazz Festival Berlin, to name a few.
In recent years he was also part of the productions of Tom Waits and Robert Wilson's "Alice" at the State Theatre in Dresden and "Yadzgerds Tod" at the State Theatre in Cologne (both directed by Mina Salehpour). His last album "after the flattery" - with his project KLIFFS - was released in February 2023 and received rave reviews. Here are a few quotes:

I can help students hone their songwriting skills, explore new song structures, develop lyric ideas, and tips on how to stimulate creativity when you're feeling creatively empty. I have also studied classical and jazz piano and have been performing on international stages for the last 20 years. So I can also help with piano and basic guitar, singing, and performance skills.
