Über Giorgos
Hey everyone, my name is Giorgos and I come from the small island of Cyprus. I moved to the UK about 10 years ago to pursue my studies and completed a bachelor in mechanical engineering based on applied mathematics and a masters of science in clinical biomechanics based on computational modelling and mathematics. After that I needed a change of scenes and culture (!) so I decided to move forward and continue to my PhD route in Heidelberg, Germany. My PhD (which is soon coming to an end) is tailored around the fields of computer science and mathematical optimisation, robotics and engineering. My goal is to develop and provide both hardware and software solutions for robotic exoskeletons, aimed to help people with movement disabilities.

The course gives simple methods and hacks in order to understand what once seemed like ‘complex’ mathematical concepts, and delivers an easy understanding of them. Trigonometry, geometry and pure mathematics for school have never been easier! Additionally, for the university level, expert tutorials can be given for applied and computational mathematics, including engineering principles, algorithm structure and optimisation math.
