Methodik

My coaching method is based on my own experience going through interview preparation processes, and my experience in conducting case and fit interviews with aspiring junior strategy consultants.

Regarding the case interview, I have a checklist of things to do and things to avoid from my own experience as interviewee and interviewer. Most importantly, I believe the best way to prepare for a case is the mock interview, which is a key tool of my coaching.

I'm also aware that everyone is different and I will apply my experience to your coaching session and tailor my advice specifically to your performance.

Candidates tend to overlook the importance of the fit interview and I always make sure that my mentees don't neglect this part.
