Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, or even a yoga teacher looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each session to your individual goals and experience.
Private lessons are available in English (German B2 in progress).
I also welcome inquiries about parent & child yoga and children's yoga classes.
