Über Ela
My name is Ela, I am a Berlin-based singer, songwriter and founder of the band Tolstoys.
I graduated from BIMM University Berlin as Master of Arts with focus on Popular Music Practice (Vocal Performance). I have been professionally active in the music scene for more than 10 years with more than 16 years of singing practice and wide range of experience in performance, recording, songwriting, music management and coaching.
Since winning the Debut of the Year 2017 in Slovakia I headlined over 200 live shows around Europe and the UK included prestigious Glastonbury Festival (2024) and supports for acts as Tom Odell, Lola Marsh and Easy Life. I was selected for Forbes 30 under 30 and after releasing our 2nd album 'Mirror Me', which was nominated for Album of the year 2022, I appeared on Times Square billboard as a Spotify EQUAL ambasador.

I have training in the modern style of singing (pop, rock, soul, R&B, musical, jazz, etc.) and I would be more than happy to work with you on technique but also on stage performance, emotional delivery, studio coaching or anything else you would like to improve. I am open to work with all lavels and ages, I have experience with kids and also adults, with total beginners and also advanced singers. Lessons are in-person in my flat in Friedrichshain, in the comfort of your own home or online held only in English language.
