My name is Dora and I'm Portuguese. I have a degree in Psychology and I've always worked with people in various professional contexts. I am currently living in Switzerland and one of the things I like to do most is traveling and discover new cultures and ways of being in the world. I love to communicate, teach and meet new people. Interaction with people is the best form of learning that we have.

My strengths as a teacher include adaptability, as I tailor my teaching methods to each student’s level and learning style, and strong communication skills, especially in conversation-based lessons. I am patient and attentive, always analyzing mistakes and providing clear corrections to help students improve. I also use a variety of resources, such as textbooks, worksheets, and videos, to support different types of learners. Additionally, my passion for teaching my language and my own experience as a language learner allow me to understand students’ challenges and guide them effectively through each step of their progress.
