Über Tammy
I am a certified counsellor, personal trainer and nutritionist and I use a holistic approach with my clients where I help them improve their quality of life by looking at their overall health. Some of the issues I have encounter and helped clients with have been; ADHD and anxiety, alcoholism, depression, relationship blockages and body image problems. Just to name a few. My approach is to generate long-term success without many sacrifices by creating realistic goals in a time-frame that is manageable to my clients. The pace of the work depends of the person. I work online over phone-calls or video calls depending of the person's preference.
