Namaste,
I am a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance USA). I have completed my training in India, since I have been giving private classes. It is a pleasure for me to share my passion.
I can teach Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin.
Classes can be given at my place (Wedding) or at your place :)

I start each class with yogic breathing exercises (pranayama) and Om chanting, then we warm up to prepare the body. After this we dive in the practice of postures and we end the session with a comfy savasana (laid down with a little massage/adjustments to make this moment of relaxation even nicer). I also may use a Tibetan bowl or mantras.
We can make the class less "spiritual" if it is not your likings. Up to you!
