Über Theo
I teach in English, German, Spanish, and Swedish. Here's my artistic bio:
"Since June 2022 he works in stage management at the Wiener Konzerthaus where he supports ensembles from all over the world. The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Vienna Symphony Orchestra, and Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra are the most recurring ones. International visits have included the Orchestre de Paris, Fillarmonica della Scala, and the Swedish Chamber Orchestra.
Notable soloists he has done stage management for include Daniil Trifonov, Sergei Babayan, Leonidas Kavakos, Janine Jansen, and Martin Fröst.
In December 2021 he became the music director of the Gesangverein der Steirer in Wien, with which he had his successful debut as a conductor in the Schubertkirche, in Vienna. He held this post for three seasons, until June 2023.
Between September 2020 and December 2022, he worked in the artistic administration of the Vienna University Philharmonic, where he also performed the roles of music librarian and stage manager. Additionally, he taught music theory lessons to the new choir singers of the Philharmonic during this period.
In the period between 2020 and December 2022, he finished polishing his skills as a choir singer in the Philharmonic Choir of the University of Vienna. Highlights with the choir included Mahler's Symphony Nr.2 in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein, as well as Mozart's Requiem in St. Stephen's Cathedral."
