Über Sean
I am an Integrative Health Practitioner Level 2 graduate.
We are cutting edge in the Health and Wellness industry combining Ayurveda, TCM, traditional Naturopathy and Functional Medicine.
I have been working in the Health and Wellness industry for ten years running.
I started in 2010 assisting Daniel Reid (author ‘The Tao of Detox’) and his wife Snow as principle Yoga and Meditation consultant on their detox retreats. The position and his mentorship continue to present.
From there I moved on to Chiva Som, a ‘Destination’ Spa and Health Resort in Hua Hin Thailand that has ranked top five in the world for over 20 years. There I worked alongside an amazing team of Naturopaths, Acupuncturist, Reiki Masters and Massage Therapist servicing Heads of State, Actors, Sports Stars and Industrialist from all over the world.
Finally, prior to the pandemic, I was charged with setting up a Yoga/Meditation program for Mirihi Island/Dunye Spa in the Maldives. I managed all aspects of the Yoga/Meditation program.
I have a passion and commitment to this path that happily makes this a lifelong study.

In the comfort of your own home/ outdoor in nature in beautiful Stadtpark Höchst or on our terrace with view onto the greenery.
Furthermore we can meet up online in a Zoom Class!
Thanks to my many years of international experience and training in India and South East Asia I can offer my yoga and meditation units professionally and with a lot of experience.
If you want to feel more flexible, lighter and fitter physically and long for a calm mind that can deal with stress and negative energy more calmly, you've come to the right place.
