Über David
I am a family man - husband, father of 4 adults, grandfather of 5 children.
I am a true European - born in England, spent my childhood and all my schooling in French-speaking Switzerland, did my university studies and my first two jobs in England. Met and married in England and soon after we moved to the Netherlands for a year and then to Germany. My wife and I have now lived more than 35 years in the Munich area.
For the past 8 years I have been active with a charity which builds and operates schools in rural Uganda. My wife and I have spent two 6-month sabbaticals in Uganda and have made multiple other trips there. When there I have been co-developing and co-delivering leadership training to managers and teachers as well as English and Entrepreneurship to secondary and vocational students.
I am gradually phasing out of my job as a management consultant with a focus on modern team management approaches (agile, scrum, etc.).
