Über Alec
My interest in personal training developed through my own experiences in pushing my mental and physical boundaries in the military and academia.
My experiences in the US Marine Corps included intense training, such as jungle survival and warfare with the French Foreign Legion in French Guyana, and combat experiences in Desert Storm, instilled a work ethic of keeping fit, staying healthy, and emphasising the importance of teamwork, planning and commitment to meeting objectives.

I’ll customise your fitness training and provide nutrition advice–based on government dietary guidelines, which will be fully accessible on a user-friendly mobile app. Using science-based principles, I can help you reach your health and fitness goals.
