Über Sibel
Hi there! My name is Sibel and I'm a 27 year old girl living in Berlin! I have been tutoring and teaching since I was 14 years old. I have always had a passion for sharing my knowledge with others and helping people the best versions of themselves. I have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and worked at a corporation for three years in New York City. When I moved to Europe I decided to teach English because I have a passion for language learning, as I have just started learning German, and wanted to help others improve their language skills. I know how hard it can be to learn a new language! Some non-work related information about me is I've lived in five different cities and three different countries. I love to travel, read, write, and play tennis. I love connecting with people and learning their stories.

I have been teaching English and Spanish for the past year and have been tutoring Math on and off for 12 years. The way my classes work is a week before the lesson I discuss with the student what they want to focus their lesson on. Based off of that, as well as understanding what the students learning style is, I come up with a lesson plan. All of my classes are really tailored to each individual student. As the student progresses we may discuss to change the class as well. My focus is on helping the student improve based off of their goals and best ways to understand the material.
