Über Samjhana
My yoga journey began from a place of genuine necessity. Balancing long, sedentary hours of a demanding lifestyle and complex data analysis left me dealing with deep physical stiffness, a constantly uncalm mind, and a feeling of mindlessly rushing through my daily routine. I felt entirely disconnected from my own body and realized I needed a powerful way to ground my thoughts and release the tension trapped in my back and shoulders.
Seeking a true, lasting solution, I turned to the birthplace of these ancient traditions. I left the noise of the city and immersed myself in a traditional ashram in the tranquil village of Ghachowk, Nepal—right in the lap of the holy Mount Machhapuchhre. There, breathing the pure Himalayan air and learning directly from authentic masters, I completed my rigorous 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bodhidham.
The transformation has been profound. Studying classical alignment, ancient philosophy, and meditative breathwork didn't just alleviate my physical rigidity; it brought a lasting stillness to an overworked mind. Because my foundation was built in the Himalayas, my teaching goes beyond mere fitness—it is about genuine, holistic healing. I know exactly what it feels like to be physically stiff and mentally exhausted, and my goal is to share this authentic, grounding practice with you so you can experience that exact same relief, flexibility, and inner calm.

Drawing directly from my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bodhidham in the authentic Himalayan lineage, my classes offer far more than just a physical workout—they are a complete system for mind and body. In our sessions, we will integrate the deep, foundational practices of classical Hatha and Ashtanga Asanas with traditional Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
My focus is on helping you improve your flexibility, correct your posture, and safely build physical strength, all while using these ancient breathing techniques to actively reduce daily stress and anxiety. Together, we will develop a sustainable, joyful yoga routine that brings the stillness of the mountains right into your everyday life.
