Über Juliette
I'm a photographer and visual artist. After many years working in Belgium, I'm now living in Berlin.
– Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, specialising in Photography (art school in Liège, Belgium)
– Freelance photographer since 2010: portraits, documentary work and art projects
– Photography teacher at INRACI in Brussels, Belgium's oldest film school: I taught final-year students and guided them through their final projects and exhibition
– Creative technology teacher for the City of Brussels (2020–2023)
– Analog and digital: darkroom developing, black & white printing, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign
Languages: French (native), English (fluent)

Private photography lessons in Berlin, in English or French – for beginners, advanced photographers and artists.
What we can work on:
– Your camera: manual mode, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focus
– Composition, light and visual storytelling
– Portrait and documentary photography
– Editing in Lightroom and Photoshop
– Analog photography: shooting film, darkroom developing, black & white prints
– Your own project: building a series, selecting images, designing a portfolio or photo book, preparing an exhibition
How I teach:
Each lesson is built around your goals and your own photos.
We alternate theory and practice, often outdoors in Berlin.
You get clear, honest feedback, so you can see your progress from one lesson to the next.
My goal: help you find your own way of seeing – not just master the settings.
Free first lesson (30 min): we talk about your goals, look at your photos and your camera, and plan the next steps together.
