Über Lise
Some kids dream to be astronaut or singers, I wanted to a be Pastry Chef. A dream I have put on the side while growing up. After nearly a decade in the Marketing sphere, I decided that it was about time to take baking more seriously and became a certified Pastry Chef in Paris. I offer now baking classes in and around Berlin
While pastries are the closest things from heaven on earth, baking is a fantastic experience that allows you to create and bring joy to people.
The baking classes I offer are more than courses. They are true baking experiences with fun, passion, good products and a little bit of French attitude - but just a hint ;).

Live a hands-on session: whatever you want to learn, we'll do it together. I'll get you up to speed, at your own pace, so once you're alone with your oven, you can do wonders.
Master your kitchen: learn how to do delicious pastries at home, with your own appliances, tools, and space. It is usually more helpful than baking in fancy labs ;)
See the must-have: understand all the important baking tools and how to use them. I'll bring all the utensils with me to show you - no need to go into a shopping spree
Learn food chemistry: knowing how ingredients interact with each other and their roles in recipes are as important as mastering baking technics to make great pastries
What will I get?
- a recipe book with French recipes that works in a domestic kitchen
- a leaflet with detailed techniques
- 2+ finished products for 4 to 6 people (baking in the oven may be completed after departure)
- fun & knowledge with a seasoned French Cook (who likes unicorns)
- baking confidence and knowledge to keep and use regularly in your own kitchen
- all the answers to any baking questions you’ve always wanted to ask
