Über Iga
I'm a polish yoga teacher and saxophone player. Finished my 200h Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Bali. I'm very passionate about yoga and also about teaching it. It had an enormous influence on my life and now I want to help others with discovering themselves and their bodies.

Hi! My name is Iga, I've been practicing Yoga for more than 5 years now and am a certifiec Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (finished my 200h YTT in Bali). I offer Vinyasa Yoga classes for students at all levels. Depending on your expectations we can make the class perfectly suitable for you. It can be a relaxation class, one that's more focused on flexibility or strength, breathing class etc.My favourite thing about Yoga is that you don't adjust person to Yoga, you adjust Yoga to the person. So no matter what level you're at, we can make it work!
