Über Mahak
Hi! I’m Mahak, a music composition student at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (KUG). I offer piano lessons for beginners and children, with a focus on building a strong foundation in a friendly, supportive environment.
I believe learning music should be fun and creative, especially for young students. I combine simple exercises, basic theory, and pieces that students enjoy, so they stay motivated and excited to play.
My approach is patient and encouraging, and I adapt to each student's pace and interests. I can also include elements of rhythm and ear training to support musical development.
Lessons can be held in English, German (B2) or Persian, either in person in Graz or online.

Courses Offered:
Piano for Beginners:
Target Audience: Anyone starting out with the piano (children or adults).
Content: Learning basic piano techniques, reading simple sheet music, developing hand coordination, and playing easy melodies.
Goal: To build a strong foundation and gain confidence in playing the piano.
Piano for Young Children (Ages 4+):
Target Audience: Children as young as 4 years old.
Content: Fun, engaging, and interactive lessons using songs, games, and exercises to introduce basic piano concepts.
Goal: To develop an early love for music and lay the groundwork for later musical skills in a playful and age-appropriate way.
Piano for Kids (Ages 6+):
Target Audience: Children aged 6 and older.
Content: Simple songs, basic techniques, and basic music theory concepts.
Goal: To make learning enjoyable while introducing students to the fundamentals of piano playing and music theory.
Introduction to Music Theory (for Beginners):
Target Audience: Beginners who want to understand the basics of music theory alongside their piano lessons.
Content: Basic note reading, rhythms, intervals, scales, and simple harmony concepts.
Goal: To support piano playing with a solid understanding of music theory.
Rhythm and Ear Training:
Target Audience: Beginner pianists and those wanting to improve their rhythm and listening skills.
Content: Simple rhythm exercises, clapping, and playing by ear.
Goal: To develop strong rhythm skills and a better ear for music.
