Über Angelica
My path to becoming a German teacher has been shaped by both international experience and working closely with people. I am a native German speaker and have lived, studied, and worked in different countries, which has given me a deep understanding of what it feels like to learn and use a foreign language in real life. This experience helps me support my students not only linguistically but also personally.
I studied Communication Psychology and continue to deepen my knowledge through further studies in Global Sales and Marketing. Alongside my academic background, I have several years of professional experience working with people from different cultures and backgrounds — as a German teacher, coach, and trainer. I have helped students and professionals improve their communication skills, prepare for work environments, and gain confidence in speaking German.
My personal journey is strongly connected to languages and cultures. I married my Mexican husband and now live in Austria with our two dogs. Spanish and English are part of my daily life, which allows me to understand the challenges language learners face and to explain German in a clear and relatable way.
Students appreciate my patience, empathy, and structured way of teaching. I create a supportive atmosphere where learners feel comfortable speaking and improving step by step. My goal is not only to teach grammar and vocabulary, but to help students feel confident using German in real-life situations.

eaching Method & Approach
In my lessons, the main focus is on actively using the language. I believe that the best way to learn German is through real communication in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process, and I help students understand and improve step by step.
My teaching combines conversation practice with structured grammar work. New topics are applied immediately so that students learn to use the language naturally. I use dialogues, role plays, current topics, short texts, and interactive exercises. If needed, we can also focus on professional situations such as emails, phone calls, or job interviews.
A typical lesson usually starts with a short review or an informal conversation to warm up. Then we focus on a specific topic such as vocabulary, grammar, or everyday communication. At the end of the lesson, we apply what we learned in a practical conversation or exercise.
Students often describe me as patient, clear, and encouraging. I adapt my teaching style to each learner and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking and improving.
My lessons are suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced learners — including adults, students, and professionals who want to improve their German for daily life, work, or exams.
