Über Natalia
I'm Natalia, I come from Poland, but I'm already 6 years living in Switzerland. I love sport and being outside.
Furthermore, I work in IT and running/sport is my hobby. I'm not a professional personal trainer, rather a good companion if you need a motivation to run.

Hey!
New year, new challenges? Would you like to start with running or fitness activities, but you don't have enough motivation to do it on your own?
I will gladly help you to keep the schedule, adjust training to your goals and run or train with you!
If you haven't been doing much sport yet, or you don't like to do it on your own, don't hesitate to contact me. I usually run and exercise a couple of times per week. I did already marathon myself and many times half-marathon.
We can run either on the flat or on the hills or mix. I will adjust the training to your personal needs. Decision is yours!
