Über Diane
Graduated in Shri Kali Ashram in Thailand after studying there the Traditional Tantra Yoga system based on different practices (asanas, breathing exercices, meditation...) balancing and energizing the body and soul. Since then I'm offering individual and collective classes to share the wisdom learnt and offer you a flowy, relaxed and efficient yoga practice.

I have to say first that the Traditional Tantric system is far away from the occidental interpretation - sexuality is only a part of it as it is a part of the body system. Nonetheless the tantra yoga practices balance the all body and help you to be more in touch with your body and sensations, as a result it improves significantly your sexuality.
The usual class is the Tridosha Balancing Asanas, a complete yoga session to work with your all body.
Depending on your objectives and wishes, the session can be completed with other practices :
- Pranayama and Bandhas: breathing exercices and contractions to balance, purify and energize
- Dan flow: develops your core muscles and aligns the body
- Standing series : aligns and strengthens
- Bending series: improve flexibility and alignement
There are no "beginner" or "advanced" in yoga, we are all Masters. This was one of the lesson of the ashram. No matter how flexible or strong you are, you can get all the benefits of your practice.
