I have over five years of experience in Yoga teaching around the world, Kenya, India, Germany, Tanzania.
I am certified in Ashtanga, Power yoga, TIMBo (Trauma based yoga), Kids Yoga and also little experience in hatha, kundalini and raja yoga
I am also a holder of certificates in hands on assist too.
