Über den Unterricht

I teach Yoga in German & English.

Yoga and meditation for me represent the art of waking up. It reminds me that everything is connected. I want to help others to live, breathe and move with awareness and to give as a teacher what I receive from others.

My teacher training in Bali in 2018 had its focus on Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of devotion. I am very dedicated and devoted to my practice and teach Yin, Vinyasa, meditation and Hatha.
