Über Laëtitia
Hallo,
My name is Laetitia, I am a French native and professional language teacher with a bachelor's degree in "Teaching French as a Foreign Language (Didactique des langues et du FLE)" and a master's degree in "European Languages and Linguistics (LLCE Langues Européennes)" from the University of Caen in France. I teach group classes and individual lessons with adults and children.
Also, I specialize in the innovative teaching method "Hocus & Locus" for children which is a fun way for young children from the age of 3 to learn a foreign language with stories, songs and theater.
I mainly teach French (A1 to C2) to adults and teenagers, and I also specialize in:
- teaching French, English, German and Spanish to children (from 3 to 12 years old)
- teaching English, German, Spanish and Russian (mainly grammar A1 to B1) to adults and teenagers.
My philosophy is that you will learn best while having fun! We will speak a lot so that French becomes your second nature :)

Ich unterrichte A1 bis C2 für:

Meine Methode ist Bilingual und lädt dich ein, mehr und mehr auf Französisch zu sprechen, so lernst du wirklich.
Ich kann auf Deutsch, Französisch, Englisch und Spanisch unterrichten oder zu deinen Fragen antworten.
Im Unterricht biete ich an Grammatik, Wortschatz, Ausprache, Prüfunge, Unterhaltung und mündlich ....
Für Kinder, habe ich auch eine spezielle Methode :
If your child is between 3 and 6, I use a specific bilingual method called "Hocus & Lotus", based on teaching your child to naturally communicate in French as if it was his/her second mother tongue! The course is divided into stories which your child will experience through singing, acting, speaking and listening.
It has been developed by the University of La Sapienza, Rome, with the support of the European Community, and has been scientifically proven for over 20 years to be the most successful method to teach languages to children. I specialized in this method at the university where the method was founded, and I became a certified specialist in teaching languages to children, as well as in using the "Hocus & Lotus" methodology. I have been working with the method for 6 years now, with kids from the age of 2 to 7, in individual classes as well as in groups of kids.
In an online class a parent or caregiver should be either present in the room (compulsory for under 4) or in the next room and reachable at any time in case it is necessary (over 5).
Also, for this method it is important that your child believes that I cannot speak his/her mother tongue.

If your child is between 7 and 16, I will use the same methodology but with different materials, a workbook and a variety of fun activities and interactive games related to his or her age. Everything is designed in a way that your child learns to communicate naturally in French.
