Über Daniele
I’m a guy from Rome, always kind and smiling. I’m a calm and rational person, which helps me find new ways to achieve set goals.
Aside from personality traits, which are always perceived subjectively, math is definitely my strong suit. I was the top student in my class throughout my entire bachelor’s program in Rome, received the highest grades in all my scientific exams, and graduated with honors. These achievements led to my acceptance into the master’s program in Statistics at EPFL.
However, everyone knows that being good at something doesn’t automatically make you a good teacher. People around me have always recognized my natural ability to explain things clearly, a skill I’ve honed through two years of private tutoring, six months at the orientation and tutoring help desk at La Sapienza, and five months at the SLD help desk at the same institution, where I also learned how to effectively support students with learning disorders.
During my bachelor’s, my fellow students often looked to me as a point of reference to fill in the gaps left by our professors. I also tutored a student throughout her entire bachelor’s degree in Statistics, which she completed with top marks.

The lessons are not predetermined in terms of topics and techniques. Everyone has their own learning methods, as well as different starting levels and goals to achieve. Therefore, the lessons will be guided by their natural flow. Generally, I structure them with an initial part dedicated to theory, and only after the concepts have been understood do we move on to specifically selected exercises.
Having tutored a wide range of individuals—from elementary school children to adults new to statistics and specialized university students—my lessons are suitable for beginners as well as more advanced learners, up to the undergraduate level.
