こんにちは! (Konnichiwa!) My name is Mika, and I’m a native Japanese speaker from Yokohama, Japan. I studied Literature at university in Tokyo, where I developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Japanese language and culture.
I have a passion for travel and languages—having explored 57+ countries, I understand the joys and challenges of learning a new language. This experience allows me to teach Japanese in a way that is engaging, practical, and culturally immersive.
Currently, I live in Zurich, where I enjoy sharing my language and culture with students of all backgrounds. Whether you’re learning for travel, work, exams, or personal interest, I tailor each lesson to your goals and learning style.
