Über Valentina
I am a contemporary dancer, I love dancing because it makes me feel alive. I listen a lot to my body, to my feelings, to the world outside and inside. "I love listening to the sun and the moon inside me' ... you will say and what does that have to do with dance? Dance is listening, connection, letting go, transmitting. It's understanding your body, improving it. Technique is important, but there is a world to discover behind it. So why not give it a try?

Do you feel like getting back into the game, listening to yourself, taking an hour for yourself or do you feel like perfecting your technique and quality... this lesson is for you! I love creating and working in a healthy environment, without judgement, with professionalism but also with a smile you can achieve results. The lessons will be personally planned depending on the level and also the purpose of the lessons. My first goal is to understand who I have in front of me and try to walk on the same wave.
