5 years i have done Qigong with a Master only when the body and mind are relaxed can soemthing happen people think that if one goes for vacation or if they have more money or a biger House they will be in peace or relaxed but it is not true it can happens the contrary now you have everything e better job, big salary, big House a new Car but you are the same your worries your fears are still there wating for the possibility to come up. Why this happens? Because we have never asked who am i, how this mechanisem works, we have never asked, doubed. We are all day in tesnsions worring about and about wanting only i, and i . Qigong make your energy centered and this happens only when you bring awarness in the body then the mind follow.
