Über Haikel
The central question in which this thesis will unravel, is situated in various social fields that form significant aspects of everyday life. The nation-state, the practice of religion, the management of beliefs between religion and culture as well as the interactions with different religious and ethnic communities have a significant impact on the notions of masculinity, itself a contentious field, which results in shifting positioning of Islamic masculinity between these intersections. Furthermore, the interaction with heterogenous ethnic groups adds an added dimension of boundary making in the development of restricted access to levers of power. Therefore, the nature of relations and power dynamics are also affected and constantly evolve as a result.

I approach my lessons from a practical perspective. I address questions, doubts and concerns first. Following which I address the homework/assignment that is given. From these exercises we will work on weaknesses first and expand on strengths second. For senior students preparing for TOEFL, GCE's or foundational english courses for Highschool/Arbitur and entrance examinations for universities, I focus on a mix of content and liguistic development.
