Über Chiara
Hi there! I am a certified yoga teacher with experience in Business Yoga and private classes. I shifted from a career in Academia as a mathematician to a career combining yoga teaching and math tutoring.
I started yoga during the lockdown and fell in love with the practice. It helped me work my way out of the dark place where I was stuck at the time.
I've always been quite sporty: I played volleyball for many years and I'm now trying out canicross with my Aussie. My personality is reflected in my yoga style :) I like to make my classes dynamic and fun, but I'm also familiar with the needs that people who do sports or generally conduct an active lifestyle have.

I typically teach a style that is a mix of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with some elements borrowed from other styles as well (and even Pilates or Barre on occasion). My classes are typically dynamic and suit perfectly people who are generally active or aim to be more active. However, I like to tailor my classes to my students, so I'm more than happy to adapt my style to your needs. I offer classes in English and Italian (German is coming soon!)
Update: if you want to try something new, I will soon complete my Yoga Wheel Training. I'll be recording a short yoga wheel class soon to give you a taste of how this prop can be used :)

Perfekt! Chiara hat ist sehr professionell, kompetent und sympathisch. Das Unterricht ist sehr schnell vergangen!

Definitely the best Yoga Trainer I ever had!
I can really really recommend Chiara's Yoga classes. She adapts her classes to the yogis and adds variety every week, so her classes never get "old". She demonstrates different levels to the exercises so you can challenge yourself and evolve over time without being overwhelmed. Chiara creates an encouraging and feel-good atmosphere and is a joy of a person. Cheers, Flo
Chiara is an awesome teacher. Her exercises are suitable for any level, because she always provides options to them. Also her instructions are extremely clear, she mentions exactly what you need to know which makes her lessons very comfortable. Can highly recommend her!
