Über Joaquín
I am passionate about health, movement, and taking care of the body. In the past, I played football and tennis while also training at the gym. Over time, I became more and more interested in strength training and the benefits it can have on our health and everyday life.
Today, my focus is less on bodybuilding and more on health, physical performance, movement, and feeling good in your own body. I still train regularly at the gym and enjoy different sports such as padel, golf, climbing, and skiing.
What I enjoy most is helping people find their own motivation and develop a sustainable and active lifestyle. My goal is to help you build consistency with movement, improve your physical condition, reduce or manage physical discomfort, and ultimately feel better in your everyday life and with yourself.
I speak Spanish, English at B2 level, and German at B1 level.
