Über Laura
I am a journalist who discovered the magic of Yoga 15 years ago. In 216, I finished a 200-hours yoga teacher training. I train all levels and ages (as well kids), and offer different possibilities in case I train a group.

My lessons are based on the classic hatha yoga practice. I usually start the lessons with pranayama (breathing) exercises, continue with the postures, and finish with a deep relaxation. During the practice, the students as well deepen in philosophy of yoga. I’m an inspiring teacher.
