Über George
Hello, I am George! I'm a musician and teacher from New Zealand, who has lived in Australia, and now lives in Berlin.
I am an experienced and passionate guitar performer and teacher. I love to help people on their musical journeys, whether it be from starting at a beginner level, or refinement for pre-professional performers. I value developing musicianship and good technique to help my students get the most enjoyment out of their playing. I adapt my lessons and teaching style to the needs of each student, and I am a good solution finder and creative teacher.
I am the Winner of the 2016 The New Zealand Classical Guitar Competition, and have extensive performance experience across many countries. I am an active lute/historical guitar performer in Berlin and recently performed with Komische Oper.

Bachelor of Music (1st Class Honours) - New Zealand School of Music
