Italian creative living in Berlin. I am 30 years old and work mainly in Costume design for theatre, opera, assisting, managing.
I love being around people and talking about life, love, cooking.
I am learning German, butI speak fluent Italian, French, English and Spanish !

Italian creative living in Berlin.
Cooking experience ? Since I was 2. :)
I learnt from the greatest masters of my life : my mum and grand-mother. Food and cooking quality was always non-negotiable in my family, and I either cooked, tasted, enjoyed. I started creating my own recipes by the age of 12.
I travelled a lot and lived in many places : I spent my teenage years in Belgium. I also lived in the UK and Florida, after landing for many years in France. Collecting flavours and saving recipes from all around, grabbing a little bit of all these cultures.
I’m here to offer some cooking classes exploring different cooking concepts. All recipes are for 4 people and are some of the most interesting and delicious dishes from my cook books!

- Typical desserts (I am not a pastry chef so they will not be looking like Ladurée patisserie but quality is certified!)
I have a very large selection of recipes and a playful imagination, so after choosing one of the concepts above, the next step will be choosing a price range.
Everything we make can be adapted for vegetarians and vegans (besides Carnivorous option of course).
Either I can do the food shopping
You can command the food shopping to me or I’ll tell you what to buy.
Individuals or groups are welcome. For groups, every additional person is +6€
The cons in this whole story: not good at all with no-gluten cuisine nor with speaking in German (I am learning, sorry) although, totally possible in English, French, Spanish ! And Italian of course.
At your place (more or less anytime after 16 o’ clock) or at my place (but only at selected times and max 2 people).
