Über Ned
My name is Ned and I am from Katoomba, Australia (outside of Sydney). I am currently living in Austria to study chemistry at Johannes Kepler University in Linz and have been here for 1.5 years. Both of my parents are school teachers so I would say I have a deeper understanding of lesson structure and learning retention than others. My highest grade in school was in English language and literature and I love to read. I do not speak any German.

My course is designed for people who already speak English but might struggle to read and write more complicated texts as well as people looking to become more confident in conversational English. I am very flexible with my teaching methods but a general format would be to read a text/book you are interested in and then break it down. If writing is something you want to work on I would suggest some vocabulary training as well as practicing writing short texts on various topics. Practicing conversation is the easiest and a free form discussion focused on your interests would be best. All of these are just suggestions and I would love to work with you to tailor your learning experience for your goals.
