I am a maths master student at ETH who is passionate about maths and making other people like it. I usually ask in advance what the main focus of the classes needs to be. When I meet the students (online or in person), I assess their strengths and weaknesses and tailor the classes accordingly. Typical activities include:
- assessment of conceptual understanding
- explanation or repetition of unclear concepts
- guided exercises
I am a patient teacher who tries to spark a genuine interest for mathematics in people.
I can teach to high school students, university students, and people who are preparing for standardised tests (GRE, GMAT).
Please note that I prefer to speak English or Italian.

Highly recommend! Alessandro is super patient and truly takes his time to understand where my weaknesses are. He is very friendly and makes sure I understand the concepts in my own words.
