Über Lisa
Who I am and why I teach
I’m 27 years old and a trained social worker with a true passion for working with people. I’ve lived in Southern Italy, Ireland, and Switzerland (both in Ticino and Zurich), which has given me the chance to experience different cultures and ways of life.
Languages have always been one of my biggest passions – I love learning them, but even more, I love sharing them. Teaching Italian allows me to support others in achieving their goals, whether it’s for school, travel, work, or personal growth.
As a social worker, I’m patient, understanding, and supportive. Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do, and teaching languages is another way for me to encourage and empower others. I believe learning should be enjoyable, practical, and motivating.

About my lessons:
Learning a language should never feel boring! In my lessons, I combine clear explanations with practical conversation so that you can start speaking Italian with confidence from day one.
What makes my teaching special:

Tailored lessons for all ages – I have 3 years of experience teaching children in primary and middle school, but I easily adapt to adults and learners of any level.
Extra support with CVs, cover letters, job applications, and other documents – so you feel confident in every situation.
Experienced in document translation – I’ve already worked on different types of texts with precision and care.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already advanced, I’ll help you enjoy the journey of discovering and mastering Italian as a foreign language.
