Über Alexia
My name is Alexia and I am a 23-year-old master's student pursuing a degree in English Language and Literature. I grew up in England with English as my first language and have a (hopefully) clear and understandable British accent.
I have been tutoring English in Slovakia for three years now and my students have ranged from young teens to adults, at all different levels. I am currently on Erasmus in Graz and would love to use this opportunity to try some tutoring in Austria!

Since my German level is low, my lessons would ideally be aimed at students with some basic knowledge of English already, especially conversation lessons on all kinds of topics, as well as grammar explanations. Of course, if you are new to the language but want to take on the challenge of learning with a native speaker, I would be delighted to give it a go. Only speaking English in our lessons is the best way to get out of your comfort zone and become more talkative and creative in your target language!
Aside from being a native speaker, I have also studied English and learned directly from my family, all of whom are Engish teachers in Slovakia, so I have a good grasp of English grammar. However, the main aim of my lessons is to get you talking, about anything and everything you would like. I am friendly, patient, and creative and helping you build your confidence is my top priority!
