Über Mauro
Ich bin seit über zwanzig Jahren ein professioneller Musiker, sehr aktiv in Berlin für Blues, Funk, Fusion, afrikanische Musik, Rock ... (manche kennen mich ...). Ich bin Autodidakt und hatte das Glück, mit großartigen Musikern zu spielen und weiter zu spielen, von denen ich viel gelernt habe. Diese Erfahrungen wurden immer von einer sorgfältigen Untersuchung des Instruments (Technik, Berührung, Sensibilität beim Spielen) und der Musik (Harmonie, Rhythmus, Improvisation, Klangakustik) begleitet.

I am an extremely sensitive teacher to the different personalities that I encounter in my students every time. Obviously I have well in mind some points that I would define as key for the advancement in the knowledge of music (studying technique, harmony, rhythm, and everything related to improvisation and composition) but to ensure that these notions arrive to touch my students and really manage to mature their way of playing and look into music I deeply believe that there is a need to understand every time what could be the best way. As a teacher I always keep in mind the fact that there are different forms of thought, interpretation and imagination and this is where you have to work. In my opinion, these are some of the fundamental aspects concerning approaching an instrument and music. Each of us has different needs and it is extremely important that a teacher has the will and commitment to understand this.
Learning to play an instrument and getting in close contact with the sounds can be a beautiful and meaningful experience (even for those who want to play in a simple and not too demanding way).
I like that you have fun, that you relax and that you spend a constructive hour. You will be the central part of my teaching and you will show me the best way to make you meet the sounds more closely!
